  • · A full-time job offer in a TEER 0–3 occupation from an eligible Newfoundland and Labrador employer — at least 30 hours a week, at least a year, at the regional prevailing wage, and salaried or hourly rather than commission.
  • · You must be 21 to 59, hold a Canadian post-secondary credential or an ECA, and reach 67 points on the province’s own assessment grid. Selection is by expression of interest; an invitation gives you 60 days to apply.
  • · This category needs a job offer. Priority Skills NL is a separate programme that does not, for a narrow set of specialised high-demand occupations and for recent Memorial University master’s and doctoral graduates in a few fields.
