· A job offer from a Yukon employer for a TEER 0–3 position. The employer submits everything; a foreign national cannot apply.
· IRCC allocated Yukon a maximum of 282 nominations for all of 2026, across all three streams. Yukon says it expects significantly more applications than spots.
· The 2026 priorities are regulated health care professionals, employers in rural Yukon, and candidates who have lived and worked in Yukon for at least a year, graduated from Yukon University, are Francophone or French-speaking, or hold a 2024 or 2025 Temporary Measure Letter of Support.
· Expressions of interest do not carry over between intakes. A new one, with current information, is needed each time.

· A full-time job offer from a Yukon employer who has advertised the position in Canada for four weeks across at least three places, including the Canada Job Bank. Only the employer can apply.
· A valid Express Entry profile meeting the Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker or Federal Skilled Trades requirements, plus six months of relevant experience and a high school diploma.
· CLB 7 for TEER 0 and 1 positions, CLB 5 for TEER 2 and 3.
· The employer must pay your travel to Yukon, cover health insurance until you qualify for the territorial plan, and pay at least the Yukon median wage for the occupation. They cannot recover any of it from you.
